    André is an exchange student at DU University College of Law during the spring semester of 2022. André’s home university is Lund University in Lund, Sweden which is a small medieval town in the southern part of the country. André is currently attending his last year of the law program in Sweden and is excepting to graduate by summer 2023. André just started exploring the endless legal challenges of Space Law and two of his favorite aspects being that of sustainability and the usage of outer space. Writing for Ground Control gives André a great opportunity to expand his knowledge of this field and evolve his writing skills in English.

  • Alex Ream

    STUDENT CONTRIBUTOR

    Alex is 2L at Denver University Sturm College of Law, with a focus on intellectual property law. Alex graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in chemical engineering. Prior to law school, Alex worked in the brewing, dairy, and algae industry. However, he has always had an interest in space technology and research. He is especially interested in the future possibilities resources from space may provide. These interests have germinated his curiosity in space law.

  • Andrea Thomas

    STUDENT CONTRIBUTOR

    Andrea is a 3L at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In addition to being a student contributor to Ground Control, Andrea is the Vice President of the Air & Space Law Society. Prior to law school, Andrea received a BA in Integrative Physiology, a BA in Psychology and a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Andrea is interested in space law and policy and hopes to eventually work for a local aerospace company.
